Account

You can update your user profile by accessing My Account. Click on your name in the upper right corner of the screen. The account menu will appear, and you can select “My Account” from there.

You can update your credit card by accessing the payment methods page under My Account. Click on your name in the upper right corner of the screen. Then select “My Account” and then “Payment Methods” from there.

You can cancel your account at any time by going to your My My Account page and selecting the My Subscription tab. Here you will see an option to ‘Cancel’ next to your current subscription.

You can create an account by signing up as a member of PITCH. Go to the Home Screen, and follow the instructions by the pricing table.

These things happen! Don’t worry though, if you have an account already, it will not be cancelled until your payment fails 4 times.

If your credit card details have changed then you can go to your account page select the Payment Method tab on the left side and you should see a link to ‘Add payment method’. Once you change your card details your payment will be processed immediately.

Payment will automatically be tried again by our payment processors 4-5 days after a failed payment, but you will lose access to the site until payment is successful. We will try to collect payment 4 times after which your account will be automatically cancelled.

If your subscription is cancelled due to failed payments, you will need to sign up with a new subscription if you would like to regain access to the site.

Pitch Process

No. Our role is to provide coaching as to the viability of your idea and to help you make your pitch as solid and compelling as possible. If we feel your concept is strong enough to present to would be buyers, we’ll facilitate that process by presenting it on your behalf. If there’s interest in your concept, we’ll make the introductions. After that, it’s up to you!

Our process is pretty straight forward. Once you  develop your idea and prepare your materials, you access the Pitch Submission Form accessible from the Dashboard or Pitch Center dropdown menu in the top navigation menu.

The process can take up to two weeks. If it’s longer, we’ll let you know. We strive to complete and deliver review responses within this timeframe.

With Advanced membership, you can speak with our reviewers face-to-face via a Zoom call once every month. You can decide on the topic of conversation. Generally these calls will last 15 minutes.

Subscriptions

Both levels allow members to submit as many pitches as they would like. We just limit the number of active reviews to one at a time. This policy is intended to ensure that every member has an opportunity to have their pitches reviewed.

Advanced membership also offers members to opportunity to schedule monthly video calls with our reviewers. Any topic can be covered. These calls last 15 minutes.

Yes you can. If you upgrade, your prescription will be prorated to the new rate depending on where you are in your payment cycle. If you downgrade, you will start the new rate at the end of your pay period.

To change your membership level, go to My Account > My Subscription. Then click on “Change Plan.”

Pitches in progress will be immediately suspended for 30 days upon cancellation. If you do not resubscribe, the pitch will be deleted, and you will need to start over if you sign up again after 30 days.

To access the Member Support page, click on your name in the upper right corner of the screen, then select Member Support. Once on this page, your can open a ticket by clicking on the green “Create a new supper ticket” button.

Television Writer / Producer

Danielle is a writer and producer who currently coordinates development at Scott Sternberg Productions, a Los Angeles-based company that has sold and produced award-winning original series for Netflix, Oxygen, ID, HGTV, DIY, GSN and more. Above all, Danielle believes in the power of television to not only entertain, but to empower and inspire. She earned an MFA in Screenwriting from Boston University and an BA in Modern Culture & Media from Brown University.

Jack Sullivan

Community Manager

Jack is a multifaceted artist with a Master of Fine Arts in Dramatic Writing from Carnegie Mellon. He has written, directed, and produced various plays, films, and scripts, some of which have been staged, optioned, or adapted. He has also worked on major feature films and television productions, taught courses in film and video production, and mentored students online. He is currently based in East Los Angeles, where he continues to explore his creativity through stand-up comedy, podcasting, editing, and blogging.

Charlie is an Event & Awards Producer, Trade Publisher, and Communications exec with 25+ years of experience in the Entertainment & Media industry. Charlie served as Senior Vice President for NATPE (National Assoc. of Television Program Executives), as well as Publisher for Broadcasting & Cable, Multichannel News, MIX, and Backstage, among others. Charlie is a co-founder of PITCH, working in partnership with a global community of content creators and on behalf of programmers looking for their next big success.

Scott Sternberg

Co-Founder

Scott and his companies have been producing and creating non-scripted content for over 30 years.  The formats include game shows, talk shows, reality, reality competition, true crime, lifestyle, music, and more.  He has also sold to the US, international formats from the UK, The Netherlands, and Korea and has also sold his formats globally.   His companies have produced programs in Spanish for both Telemundo and Univision.  Sternberg adds director to his resume of music specials and series.  The companies are based in Los Angeles, New York, and Amsterdam.   The website is ssprods.com.
